ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

(Compensation: $32,000 / year)

Basic Functions & Scope

Sokal Media Group is an automotive advertising agency, and we’re looking for energetic and detailed oriented professionals to join our team. The primary function of this position is to acquire the necessary ad information from the client(s). This includes, but is not limited to, television ad material, radio ad material, newspaper ad material, and any other advertisement venues pertinent to the needs of the client.

 Position Responsibilities

  • Write detailed job documentation in Adworks
  • Provide all copy to art department
  • Proofread and edit all Ads (print, digital, TV/Radio Scripts)
  • Assist in the planning of special events for clients (floor shows, marketing campaigns, etc.)
  • Post employment openings on job boards for clients when needed
  • Run database lists/reports for clients and/or vendors
  • Schedule and monitor advertisement website components for functionality (pop-ups, specials, etc.)
  • Communicate any site malfunctions to website team and ensure the malfunctions are repaired
  • Schedule and deploy email blasts
  • Ensure all information on ad, including fine print, complies with all federal and state laws
  • Strictly adhere to automobile manufacturer’s guidelines and manufacturer’s brand standards
  • Monitor legal compliance throughout the duration of the ad
  • Submit ads to vehicle manufacturer for pre-approval when necessary
  • Submit websites for approval bimonthly
  • Make necessary changes to ad if the submitted ad is declined by the vehicle manufacturer

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equal years of experience to demonstrate the necessary competencies required for the position
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills along with excellent time management

Automotive BDC Trainer

We are looking for an experienced BDC Manager that has worked in the automotive industry and has extensive knowledge of multiple CRM systems for an exciting position as a BDC trainer.

This position holder will need to be flexible and adaptable to work in multiple dealerships under different retail brands with multiple levels of dealership management. Job Requirements

Self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

High school diploma or the equivalent is required, however, a college degree is preferred.

 Position Responsibilities

Campaign Optimization

  • Establish and utilize Key Performance Indicators to bring the best quality traffic to the client’s website
